Taylor Frankie Paul’s neighbor’s 911 call – Woman fears ‘screaming’ star and ex Dakota are ‘dangerous’ in 2023 incident

THE harrowing 911 call from Taylor Frankie Paul’s 2023 domestic assault has been released, showing how terrified her neighbor was before reporting the star’s furious fight with her ex.
The call paints a devastating picture of Taylor and ex Dakota Mortensen before cops arrived, with the neighbor detailing their screams, Taylor trying to escape, and her fear of retribution if they found out who reported them.
The call begins with the neighbor describing Taylor’s screams and her attempt to get out of the house.
“First of all, first there’s like domestic violence, like somebody is screaming, like, ‘Get off me!’ There is like a woman screaming,” the neighbor says.
“The garage door keeps opening and shutting. It sounds like she’s trying to get out.”
The neighbor nervously tells the dispatcher, “I don’t want them to know that I’m the one calling, just in case they’re dangerous, and we do live here so I don’t want any trouble.”

After some back-and-forth about the neighbor’s proximity to Taylor‘s home, most of which is played silently on the recording to protect the woman’s privacy, the neighbor said she saw Taylor briefly get into a white truck before returning to her house.
The neighbor then tells the dispatcher that Taylor saw her. The dispatcher tells her to stay in her house so she can’t be observed again.
The dispatcher then asked if the neighbor had heard anything about guns or alcohol during the fight, and the caller said no.
The neighbor next warns the dispatcher that there may be children in the house as Taylor shares her kids with her ex-husband.

Taylor’s children with Tate Paul, Indy and Ocean, were in fact home that night.
At the end of the call, the neighbor reiterates that she doesn’t want Taylor and Dakota to know she called the cops
“I don’t really want them to know that I’m the one that’s calling the police.
The dispatcher reassured her that the call can be anonymous, saying, “No worries. Of course, they’re not gonna know.”
Taylor was arrested that night and eventually pleaded guilty to aggravated assault for the February 2023 incident.
As The U.S. Sun had first exclusively reported, a new domestic incident happened between Dakota and Taylor on February 23 that police described as “violent.”

No arrests were made at the scene, but the Draper City prosecutor’s office is investigating that incident.
Taylor remains on probation through the Salt Lake District Attorney’s Office, stemming from her 2023 arrest.
Pertaining to that Draper City incident, the Salt Lake District Attorney Sim Gill told The U.S. Sun, “Late last week, we requested all the investigative material to screen the most recent allegations for charges.
“We made the request because of the potential that if charges are filed, they could be enhanced due to a prior plea in abeyance to a domestic violence offense.”
Additionally, another incident has come to light, stemming from another altercation between Dakota and Taylor from sometime in 2024 in West Jordan, Utah.
The Salt Lake District Attorney Sim Gill told The U.S. Sun regarding that incident, “We are aware of the West Jordan allegations, and since Ms. Paul is on plea in abeyance status, we would always be interested in any subsequent allegations of criminal conduct during her probationary period.
“If there is conduct out of West Jordan that rises to the level of a violation that would fall within our domain to file charges, then we would screen it when and if it is presented to us.”
As The U.S. Sun previously reported, Taylor is facing up to five years in prison should she be arrested before her probation is over in August of this year.
Since a disturbing, never-before-seen cell phone video of the 2023 incident was published last week, Taylor has already lost so much.
Following the shock cancellation of The Bachelorette just days before its scheduled March 22 premiere, the fallout for Taylor has shifted into a complex legal and professional crisis.
The 31-year-old has temporarily lost custody of her two-year-old son, Ever, whom she shares with Dakota Mortensen, and her future with the Hulu series The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives remains in serious jeopardy.
The decision to pull the season followed the circulation of a graphic video recorded by Dakota, which surfaced shortly after another allegedly violent encounter between the former couple last month.
Her representatives issued a statement to The U.S. Sun on Thursday.

In the message, Taylor thanked ABC for its support and claimed she is finally finding the strength to face her “accuser” after years of surviving “mental and physical abuse” and threats of retaliation.
Her team characterized her previous silence as a result of fear and is now preparing to “own and share her story.”
However, the legal situation escalated the same day the show was canceled.
